As a community, we are filled with sorrow and heartache for the family and colleagues of the fallen police officer who was tragically taken while on duty in our area.
Our Tamariki all voiced their compassion and requested that we bake a delicious treat for our brave protectors in Blue. We all worked together to bake some brownies and created a beautiful card expressing our sympathies. Daisy and Aanvi joined Kaiako Leah in delivering the goodies to Henderson Police Station, also stopping to pay their respects with a bunch of flowers as tribute.
